Join Murru Mittigar’s First Nations educators for a hands-on cultural experience in the heart of Western Sydney Parklands. Kids will delve into Aboriginal traditions through interactive sessions that bring ancient knowledge to life.
They’ll discover the importance of bush tucker in a special Bushfoods Talk, exploring how native plants have sustained people for generations. In the Aboriginal Art Session, kids will get creative while learning about the cultural significance of traditional art styles. Plus, the Artifacts Touch and Feel activity allows them to connect directly with history by handling and learning about ancient tools and objects.
It’s a rich, interactive journey into Aboriginal culture, all set against the beautiful backdrop of nature!
